Rod A. Dunlap
earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University
of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State
University College of Law. In 1987, with a background
in insurance defense and real estate litigation, he founded
the basis of the firm when he started the Law Offices
of Rod A. Dunlap. |

Kim Renee Conklin earned her Bachelors of Business Administration
from Eastern Michigan University and her Juris Doctorate from Detroit
College of Law. She joined the firm after years of specializing
in insurance defense as a senior trial attorney with the law firm
of Becker, Lanctot, McCutcheon, Schoolmaster & Taylor, which
is AAA's in-house counsel. Prior experience includes third-party
negligence, uninsured motorist, personal protection insurance benefits
and contract actions.

Ginger Pollack earned her Bachelor of Arts degree,
cum laude, from Michigan State University. She is a licensed real
estate agent and worked for ten years with various developers in
the area of new construction real estate sales. She then earned
her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in 2006. Her practice
focuses on construction and real estate law.

William Joseph Oliver earned his Bachelors of
Science in criminal justice from Eastern Michigan University, and
his Juris Doctor from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law
1997. His practice specializes in commercial and residential
real estate transactions, litigation, and personal bankruptcy.
