Rod A. Dunlap earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, and his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University School of Law. In 1987, he founded the firm and has successfully litigated thousands of cases for corporate and individual clients since. He has been a featured speaker for organizations such as the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, the National Business Institute, and the International Association of Special Investigative Units.

Deborah J. Hea earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, and her Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in the area of real estate law including foreclosure. She also served as an attorney for the house counsel of a national insurance company.

William Joseph Oliver earned his Bachelors of Science in criminal justice from Eastern Michigan University, and his Juris Doctor from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law 1997.  His practice specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions, litigation, and personal bankruptcy.
